Shay began her career working in L&D for Fortune 500 companies looking to relocate their teams to East Asia, facilitating synergy and collaboration between multi-jurisdictional teams. Moving back to the U.K. in 2020, she leveraged her ability to work across cultures, backgrounds, and seniority levels to move into legal recruitment having studied International Trade and Corporate Law at ESC Clermont. Prior to Integral Search, Shay focused on placing junior, mid and senior level lawyers into UK, International and US law firms for a large recruitment firms in London across many legal practice areas including Corporate, Banking & Finance, Funds, Litigation and Real Estate.

Since joining Integral Search, Shay has broadened her skill set to work across multiple disciplines including Legal, Risk, Compliance and Global Markets across several sectors including Real Estate, Financial Services and Private Equity.

Shay has a keen interest in multiple competitive sports having competed for Dorset & Wiltshire in Lacrosse and Athletics and more recently playing goalkeeper for an Isthmian League ladies football team.
