Matthew Hutchin
Matthew is Head of the Financial Crime and Compliance desk at Integral Search, having been with the firm for over 9 years and having developed expertise over a 30 year career in executive search, psychometric testing and assessment, and recruitment advertising.
Matthew started his career in copywriting, graduated to international recruitment across defence, IT, petrochem and finance before becoming a partner in a boutique assessment and development consulting practice in Harley Street, pioneering the integration of psychometrics into bespoke management assessment and development programmes over an 8 year period.
Matthew moved into Executive Search in 2006, successfully setting up a new compliance desk from scratch at a boutique before joining the established compliance and financial crime desk at Correlate Search. Matthew joined Integral Search in 2015 and has helped place mid to senior hires in compliance, risk and financial crime in London and Europe, with particularly strong expertise in wholesale banking and relocation searches.
Matthew gained a public scholarship at Chigwell School, studied English at Queen Mary College, London and is a keen sportsman, having played tennis in the D’Abernon Cup, golf in the Halford Hewitt and was a keen footballer being a two time team member of a winning Arthur Dunn Cup side. Current interests include surfing and paddle boarding.
