She previously managed the audit, legal, risk and compliance team for a leading recruitment firm in Singapore. With a global network and in-depth knowledge of her specialism, Lucy joined Integral Search in 2021 and has delivered on a wide range of mandates; from large banks building out a team of technical  specialists to smaller boutique firms appointing their first functional head.
