She previously managed the Audit, Legal, Risk and Compliance desk for a large recruitment firm in Singapore and has extensive experience in placing diverse talent in local roles as well as facilitating international moves.  She focuses predominantly on Financial Services and has broad experience ranging from assisting large banks on new team buildouts in Risk and Compliance in both Europe and Asia to smaller boutique firms hiring their first inhouse Lawyer or Compliance Officer.
