Prior to joining Integral, Aaron worked at a boutique recruitment firm for 11.5 years. Over this time he covered search mandates across UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East with a focus on corporate governance, finance and legal hires in the financial services sector. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from Durham University.

Having lived and worked in Singapore for 4 years, Aaron has a unique understanding of different cultures and the requirements needed to run a global function.
