Lucy Allcard

Lucy is an Associate Director specialising in senior hires for governance functions in financial services and professional services.

She previously managed the audit, legal, risk and compliance team for a leading recruitment firm in Singapore. With a global network and in-depth knowledge of her specialism, Lucy joined Integral Search in 2021 and has delivered on a wide range of mandates; from large banks building out a team of technical  specialists to smaller boutique firms appointing their first functional head. She delivers diverse talent locally and internationally and has extensive experience in relocations.
